Greetings from Santa Barbara,

At the On-line conference in London last month one of the participants invited me to visit his hometown in Germany, a place called Monchengladbach near Dusseldorf. Shortly after returning from that trip one of my clients introduced me to his contacts at DHL responsible for staffing the courier service and I managed to become one of their occasional couriers. This is the first trip I took for them, a one week turnaround from Los Angeles to London where I snagged a quick flight over to Germany to visit my friend.
