November 2002Hello from Medan Indonesia on the island of Sumatra.
Five nights here in Medan Indonesia on the island of
Sumatra. The $20 Semarak Hotel served as my first nighter. A quick
survey of the hotel market soon revealed the $25 Hotel Danau Toba to be
a far superior value for my remaining four nights. Many anecdotes to
relate as time permits.
