Hello again from Santa Barbara,

I and my new bride, Tomoko Sukigawa completed her immigration process procedures required by both the Japanese and American governments: health certificates, police reports, financial responsibility, proof of marriage to an American citizen, etc. etc. We are now back in Santa Barbara and living in the Kingswood Village (or is it already called the El Escorial Apartments?) apartment complex near the beach. 9/6/2012 from memory.
